Does the "Recover 4% of Life when you use a flask" work with increased life recovery?

If I get this node, and nodes on the tree that is called: "Increased life recovery from flask"? Or other nodes that just increase life recovery?

This is just an instant recovery on condition. It doesn't come from flasks and is not affected by recovery rate modifiers (rate implies long effect).
