Decoy Totem + Multiple Totem Support

This worked last season, but does not work now. Multiple totem does work as intended with spell totem support, but not with decoy.

Checked in standard and had Second Wind, which actually let it work as intended. Seem silly that Multiple totem support only summons 2 totems on decoy when it also has second with support.

Each totem summoned consumes one cooldown use from skills with a cooldown. If you were using Spell Totem Support with a spell that has a cooldown, such as Flame Dash, it would demonstrate the same behavior.
