I just completed a safehouse and went to the reward rooms and clicked on stuff. Apparently if you dont' have breachstone in bag while you click on the crafting bench to upgrade it, the effect is consumed and you don't get anything.

" its not a stupid change... breach got reworked, there are only 2 tiers of breachstones now... normal and flawless(which can be gotten with the blessings) |
