Tainted pact + PB + Anomalous BV Leech

Is tainted pact bugged?
trying to use it on my Poison BV
Using Petrified Blood so Leech doesn't end when HP is full and Anomalous BV for the Leech (the golden rule to self poison)
Leech instance = 5sec
Poison duration = 2.93sec
I keep killing myself what am I doing wrong?
It should keep healing me as long as I am leeching right?

I just started testing tainted pact out today. With golden rule. I commit suicide every time.

Does anyone know if it is bugged?

Are you reserving life? If so, how much? You need at least 51% unreserved, otherwise your leech will indeed end once you hit Petrified Blood's recovery cap of 50% (Or, at least 1% free above your current low life threshold, if you've modified it). Depending on how many poisons are on you at that time, you're likely to get insta-nuked here and there before you can start leeching again. Petrified Blood isn't offering you any protection during that gap, small as it may be, since it only delays hit damage and no DoT.

You need a means of continuing to leech when your life is "full" for Tainted Pact to work. Such as Petrified Blood, in OP's case. I think OP was probably just reserving too much life, so it wasn't working reliably.

Note: You don't have to reserve any life for it to work with PB. It's just a matter of if you do go that route, you can't reserve too much.

Edit: And it doesn't necessarily have to be at least 1% above low life, that's just a general baseline. You can whittle it down to the numerical values of your reserved vs unreserved life, depending on what you're using to reserve. At an absolute bare minimum, you have to have 1 unreserved life above your low life threshold to continue leeching.
