Portal animations and effects bugged

Since this patch, all my portals have lost their animations when they open and close.

Also certain portals, like the harlequin portal have huge visual bugs. They appear as just large green squares without the 5D effect inside of them.

Is there something bugged with my game to repair this visual glitch or is it a bug?

game have visual bugs on some effects mtx and ground effects cant fix tryed all things 3 diffrent nvidia drivers , clean caches , re installed shaders not help
