Mysterious Darkshrines Not Stacking

3rd time in a row that subsequent darkshrines from Lab are not stacking.

What effects "aren't stacking"?

Any Darkshrines after the first. I have grabbed all 4 on two occasions now, and the Darkshrine buff has not updated. Accordingly, no additional buff effects were stacked, not in tooltip, and no change to character.
The only additional Darkshrine buff I noticed was after grabbing Massive buff, I grabbed the other 3 Darkshines. No other buff was applied except to disable boss room traps. Even that did not display properly on Darkshine buff. |

It sounds like you're misunderstanding the Darkshrine effects? One of their effects is to grant a random Shrine buff for the duration of the labyrinth, but they have other effects, all of which relate to the labyrinth.
