Crucible Passive Skill Tree - 100% complete but final node didn't unlock

Just finished grinding xp to unlock 5th node in a tree. Weapon shows "Max Exp reached (100%)" but 5th node did not unlock (trigger mirror/blink). Am I missing something, this is how all the other nodes unlocked.

Update - the bow still showed as available for leveling via the next forge (despite 100% max exp). Completing another forge unlocked skill. Still appears to be a bug.

I have the same issue, 5th node path is full but states that the max exp has been reached. I've done 5+ crucibles on the item since the issue started, and it still persists. Not sure if there is a workaround.

What I did was click the 5th node, then release the click, then click again and charge to around 15% and after killing the mobs the 5th node was allocated!
