Harbinger not spawning

Hi,
i am currently lvl 90.5 on crucible league and i havent had a single harbinger spawn. neither during leveling, nor during mapping. i am playing for 10 years and never had anything like this happening. Last bumped on Apr 11, 2023, 12:57:40 PM

still havent seen a harbinger yet. lvl 92 btw

Just to be sure, do you have the atlas passive that allows them to spawn or are you forcing them to spawn somehow? They do not randomly appear.
