Anyway to inf Sustain white tier maps?

I would like to be able to sustain alleyways permanently, but even with 11 of 12 favored maps all on alleyways it doesn't seem to sustain itself, I tried to do a shadow shaping tree and it didn't seem to help. Any Advice?
