Arena Master attack speed buff

Hi.
Do Arena Masters attack speed only work on yourself, if you have Spiritual Command? If i make a line in in the configurations tab, it will only show my speed increase if i take the Spiritual Command note. Is that a bug in pob? Last bumped on Apr 9, 2023, 10:05:33 PM

No if you go to the config tab and under Raise Specter in skill options check enable buffs and it should work.

the buff is like 33% uptime 66& downtime.
Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get me.
