Hits can't be evaded most valuable craft mod right now / Melee strongest ever

Hits can't be evaded on a slayer, like myself, which saves a large number of passive points, mana reservation from precision as I can get rid of that, and replace accuracy mods on the rest of my gear for other more valuable or useful ones. That's only 15c worth of currency right now. In addition, with the passive trees for melee weapons, I think melee is the most meta viable in a long time.

I'm sure for bow users, Hits CaN't evaded for only 15c equivalent is good value as well.
