Snipe doesn't add any damage it seems

So I'm using the Assailum helmet, have it loaded with LA, GA and IS.

At 3 stages charged it deals the same amount of damage as my (for clear supported) LA. According to PoB it should be about 6 times that so it's imo clear something is majorly bugged. While PoB itself has a bug that adds the old snipe multi on top adn doesn't sutract the 40% less, I've already taken that into account to get to the "6 times more" claim, so that's not the problem.
