Abyss stuck in doorway, endlessly spawning monsters

After a Stygian Spire spawned, the abyss was still stuck in the doorway and continues to spawn monsters even after a few minutes have passed.

" While playing in the acts, a similar "infinite mob spawn" also happens without doors and along prior stops of the abyss tail. After about 26 minutes we were rewarded for our high risk adventure with wisdom scrolls and junk rares, similar to your screen capture. Yet another unpaid Path of Exile 2 Alpha Tester.

Just had this happen to me as well, but NOT in a doorway, just at the end on a normal floor. It spawned an abyss tower at the end (first one I got) and then just continued to spawn minor monsters. Sadly they don't give exp ;)

" I do alot of 100% juiced deli maps in standard and have now had this happen several times. What i noticed was that the infinite monsters do not grant xp, but they can still spawn delirious monsters and beyond, which do give xp/loot.
