crash merc lab

Hi,

I have crashed 4 times after killing the last phase of Izaro and going into the treasure room. I crash in the treasure room after running a few steps and I can't get my ascendancy.

It is the exact problem as in the video below in the first few seconds.

The first time I went in I opened the first 2 treasure chests on the close left and didn't get kicked out. Only after walking towards the ascendancy fountain I got disconnected.

I've tried not using skills inside the treasure room, but got kicked out after walking towards the ascendancy fountain.

Please fix this.

The exact same thing is happening to me, is anyone else experiencing this?

I have done merc lab later and no dc this time.

I just completed mine successfully as well.

Got same issue twice already. Killed Izaro, got into trasure room to get ascendancy and game just shut down after few steps...

In a duo my partner had this issue as well. 2 times the game closed (exit to desktop) in the final izaro room only after Izaro was dead (Merciless Lab) walking towards the door to exit the boss room.

- Restarted PC
- same close to desktop on 2nd win
- I was in the group also and didn't crash
- no issues in the rest of Lab or in Lab1 and Lab2.
- no similar crash in the rest of the game

Six crashes in a row.
Even Ben crashed in merc lab on stream.
Something is bugging here for sure.

ive D/ced 8 times in merc lab, at this point im just going to take a few days break and hopefully they fix the crashing bug?

crashed 3 times in merc lab reward room, unable to finish.

able to take few steps and game crashes right after ascendancy skull icon pops up in my minimap. playing pathfinder
