manaforged arrows targeting qol

When a skill is triggered with the manaforged arrows support the autotargeting function is awesome... except if the triggered gem is blink arrow - you blink right on top of the enemy the skill targeted with all the negative stuff that follows when that happens to dumb archers when they do that. Can you make an exception for this skill and make it blink on the mouse cursor or on top of the character's location instead?
