as the title says send me one manually pls.

Could you also make sure to check the spam and junk mail folders in case the automated email is accidentally filtered? I have been using this email address to create my POE account and i always received all the mails you send me.
nothing changed with my provider and i also checked the spam folder. league is about to start just send me a code manually on the address pls it was the same email adresss for years and it worked thx |

i even tried to change my mail to a new provider
no mail here either. i am logged in on the website and i can login ingame.... but i cant get the code |

" you can't change e-mail yourself without having access to the current e-mail. Only GGG support can do that. |

i figured but there are no mails coming from GGG on my address.

" what e-mail provider are you using ? But else make a new gmail account and write to GGG support from that and in the e-mail include the following information --> - Your PoE account name. - 2 to 3 char names on your account. - Link to this thread. - The e-mail adresss currently on your account. Ask GGG support to change your account e-mail to this new gmail account (remember to protect the gmail account with MFA access and recovery system). |

i am using web.de
and i already tried contacting them from another email address i dont know whats wrong i created my POE account from this email and it always worked like a charm- dont know what changed here |

i have same issues with web.de mail. Used it for years for poe.
Mail adress works. I wrote now a mail from my other mail account to support@grindinggear.com with my account name and some character names. I hope i get a fast reply. |
