Loot filter will not show up in game

I have a loot filter synced with my account from filter blade. It does not show up in game. Any help would be much appreciated.

You need to be logged into the correct account, this account is empty. Are you playing through steam? On the site login page there is a button for logging in through Steam, then you need to sync a filter to this account. Or you can merge a regular and Steam account, but it's better to do it through technical support support@grindinggear.com.
