warcries and warcry mastery "cannot exert travel skills"

honestly i think you guys got it backwards with this crucial and important part of warcries.

explanation:

exerted attacks are especially important for slower builds and as i understand they were introduced as an alternative to the attack speed based archetype which naturally have a great deal of advantage over slower attack speed builds.

the exerted attacks system main target have never been travel skills. and i think that people using warcries as QoL with some specific travel skill are the ones winning the lottery here although they are not the target audience for this play style.

IN GENERAL you only exert travel skills if your build does not rely on exerted attacks for damage or map clear, thus exerted attacks are not the core of your build .

warcries should NOT inherently exert travel skills, as it does not make sense for the slow hitting builds to actually waste points in order to fully benefit from exerted attacks. it's like saying "an attack speed build should not benefit from attack speed fully unless they get a specific mastery" which again doesn't make sense.

the suggestion:

make it so exerted attacks cannot exert movement/travel skills like leap slam. and taking the mastery will allow such skills to be exerted.

if the problem is the access for the mastery you can make it a cluster jewel notable or something.
