Projectile speed does not affect Winter Orb's projectiles in any way.

So, it seems that proj speed just does not affect worb. Be it on the tree, the support gem or the Phantasmal alternate quality (the fact this alt qual exists means that it should work, right ?!), it simply does not affect Winter Orb's projectile speed, there is 0 visual difference between having all of these sources of proj speed or none. No specific conditions to reproduce or anything, just plain does not work.

It's pretty weird that this hasn't been noticed/fixed already because from my research it seems like it never did work. I found two old reddit posts, one dating to the skill's release where OP stated that proj speed seemed to not interact with the skill, and another one asking why the phantasmal alt qual wasn't doing anything, with little to no responses.

Am I missing anything ? Or was it just bugged for all this time with no one noticing ?

Excuse the slightly scuffed setup, but left one is 51% reduced proj speed, right one is 331% increased proj. Thought I throw that together quick to show it.

I'm fairly certain projectile speed used to work. Or at least it seemed to have a noticeable impact.

Just tested a bit now using Faster/Slower Projectiles and was unable to notice any difference.
