3.21 won't go core, it's just temporary power creep for the luls.

It's looks like flasks are getting some changes tho, the most recent PoE2 screen shots looks like there is some sort of block / lock system is in place. Perhaps this indicates a power system where if you reduce the number of flasks available, you increase the ones in use?

We will have to see.

True. Maybe not directly but it may go core in a diluted form so it still leaves room for more power creep in the future.

In the future even our skill trees will have skill trees.
I wish flasks would completely disappear to be honest, which I see as unlikely due to all the interactions they have with items, skill tree, ascendancy skill points, etc. But I already wish they weren't necessary or at least easier to use. They are honestly a hassle.

Can't go wrong with passive trees. The more the merrier. Progression systems = the shit :D
Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

Yeah. I saw a pattern here since not that long ago Atlas passive trees where introduced and now for weapons. Flasks seems like the next step since it impacts the minute to minute gameplay very much and giving it more customisation would make sense. But who knows how flasks will really evolve.

Maybe. If not skill trees then maybe sockets with new support gems.
