Twitch drop not awarded

I was watching the Crucible release stream and Zizerans cover of it too. I had linked my Twitch and PoE account and I made sure I was logged in and eligible for drops.
However, I do not see an option to claim the drop anywhere. Maybe I missed it but the microtransactions section is empty and I would appreciate it if I could still receive the Sphinx Wings. I did watch for more than an hour, so I should have received them. @GGG would you be able to help me? Update: so apparently watching in the browser on mobile phone does not count towards the minutes watched for the drop… Now I feed kinda cheated out of a cool microtransaction. " Well you properly wasn't logged in, when watching on your mobile device. But you still have time to get the 45 min on a channel where drops are enable. The procedure to get it like this --> 1. First you need to actively click CLAIM when the timer runs out and the drop is rdy for you. 2. Then you go to the PoE website and get the drop confirmed here / ask the PoE system to recheck with twitch if any drops are ready for your account --> https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch So I have followed this procedure all the time and never had a problem with drops. |

" Unfortunately the progress stopped increasing half an hour ago, when the event ended. Now I’m stuck at 31% watch time because at the very end I switched to the Twitch app to see if I could claim it there. The app sent me a popup notifying me about the drop, but the website didn’t… |

In my case, the Twitch Drop is already credited in the POE website. However, I couldn't find it in game to equip it. How do I fix this?

" Well if the drop isn't claimed in Twitch, then you will need to contact Twitch support and explain the problem about viewing but not getting the drop. If that doesn't work, then you can try to e-mail GGG support and "beg" for the drop. |
