Can't tell if a modifier is a more multiplier or merely increased.

"20% increased Energy Shield from Equipped Body Armour."

This has been a more-multiplier if it came from a belt.

It seems to not always be a more-multiplier, depending on which source it comes from.

Please, if this is ever a more-multiplier, use the phrasing 'more' to avoid confusion.

Not sure what you mean, if it says increased on a belt it is not a more modifier.

EDIT: Actually it seems like some mods that increase es on body armour might be "more" modifier locally but not sure.
