Let's say recombinator shard drop from harby and is as rare as fracturing shard . Which one will be more expensive?

Fracturing Shard would be more expensive since the recombinators would increase the price of Fracturing Orbs due to all bricked bases we would see.
If recombinators were that rare we'd almost see them exclusively used to combine fractured items together to guarantee more mods.

Combining two fractured items together has a ~25% chance of success which means that alot of fractured items are gonna get deleted from the game. To create this supply of fractured items we'll need an awful alot of fracturing orbs, assuming the orbs mainly will be used for very powerful mods like +to skills, delve mods, Temple mods et.c.
