Remove Flask Effect Monsters

I am planning to use Coruscating Elixir in HC temp league next start.

I can see that there is a bunch of level 100's and below using the flask in HC and I was wondering:


1. Is there still any monster in path of exile that can remove the flask effect?

So far I have heard about:
- expedition mobs
- tormented spirits (thiefs grip)

Can anyone confirm that those mobs is still in the game?
Is there other monsters / mods I have not thought about?

Yes, thief's grip is still in the game.

There is siphons flask charges rare modifier than can appear on enemies. There might be one that turns flasks off too but not 100% sure on that one.
