afk 15 minits in HO fps ghose down to 4

if i afk 10 to 15 minits in HO my fps spike really bad 200 to 4 fps in dx 12 and Vulcan i get bad fps so i dont play with it when restart the game its ok its not problem for me this small bug when i active in game but when i afk its really annoying and everytime i have restart the game

" Are you using a FPS limiter or vSync ? Can you give detailed information about your pc ? Also try this --> 1. Run packcheck.exe as "an administrator" / In steam select "Verify game files". 2. Delete the local PoE cache files here --> C:\Users\"your windows account name"\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile\ 3. Now start PoE again as "an administrator". When at the login screen, select options. 4. Now set texture to MEDIUM and Sound channels to low. 5. See if the issue is resolved ? | |

By any means are you using skitter bots?
I have the same problem. When I come back after several minutes fps are really low but the problem is gone as soon as I turn off skitter bots. no no fps limiter or vSync or i using any free Sync or g Sync and i play with everything low and i installed on ssd too
