"Adamant" combined with CWDT

Does the CWDT setup trigger with the effect of adamant to it ?
Cause it says "when you use" but acctualy it triggers automatic..

Adamant is good if you use the guard skill on left click, to trigger it automatically while moving.

CWDT or another trigger setup does not remove corrupted blood/bleed because it does not satisfy the condition "when YOU use". But you get the armor & duration bonus from Adamant though.
