Conduit does not work with Conviction of Power

As in the title my teammate cannot share his endurance or power charges with me while having Conduit and Conviction of Power allocated.

If this intended it should be clarified that for example "minimum charges cannot be shared" etc.

I’m not sure about this suggestion; some skill tooltips try accounting for every edge case scenario, and their readability really suffers for it, imo. I suppose maybe they could rephrase it somewhat for clarity (e.g. “nearby allies gain charges as you do” or such…).
