Bug Reports (Path of Exile 1) - Tullina missing from Rogue Harbour - Forum

I need to talk with Tullina for Contract: Disengagement but there's no Tullina in Rogue Harbour for me to speak with in order to continue the quest. The wiki linked from the drop-down when you mouse-over ‘Game’ in this website’s header is the newer, official wiki. Fandom’s used to be the main one, but the company drove most users away. The bug here is that quest contracts (such as "Disengagement") are not supposed to drop until you have unlocked the relevant NPC (Tullina). But it appears it is possible to obtain such quest contracts early via party play, if the quest contract drops for someone else yet fails to allocate it to them. Will fix!
