Is Uthred the hardest boss in POE

Came across him 2 times now and got absolutely wiped all portals gone on a what i thought was a tanky build.
Is this guy even worth trying to kill?

Without mods - I dont think its the hardest boss. But it may be possible to give him mods that will make him the hardest or completely unkillable.

IIRC there are some weird paralyzation mechanics.

Like other Expedition bosses he drops artefacts & rerolls and maybe some special stuff - see https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Uhtred,_Covetous_Traitor - too. No idea if that makes it worth it for you.

the unique flask he drops is a multi div item... part of it is how few of us rog bros are running him constantly.

I wouldn't consider him the hardest, you just haven't learned his visual queues(main thing is dodging the spiky balls he spews out).

I would consider some of the uber pinnacle bosses harder.

big thing is to not stack alot of damage reduction/block/avoid damage/regen(unless you can counter it)... and the biggest offender... the speed/damage at low life remnants can be murder.

Only thing I remember that was really dangerous/hard-to-avoid is that which causes paralyzation. IIRC its something which stacks. Maybe I didnt even know what caused it - dont remember for sure. Or somehow I wasnt able to avoid it reliably. But I dont have anywhere near your 100+ kills experience...

petrification on hit remnant mod most likely.
