Option to remove Quality from Flasks/Gear

Hey GGG,

i´d like to suggest implementing an Option to remove Quality from Flasks/Gear at the crafting bench.
Similar to how players are able to remove enchants from their gear, i think it wouldn´t hurt to implement the same thing for Quality.
For example the Flask "Divination Distillate" in some Setups profits from not having any Quality applied to prevent the Players Life Pool from filling up too quickly and losing its Quant/Rarity effect.

apart from only that insanely rare situation....when would this ever be useful?

As a collector, I'd like to remove quality of certain items.

Should be very easy to implement.

And in the old days you could do that by applying jews/fuses to items.
