Definitive deviation

Just as anyone else I can't seem to finish this damn challenge.
Why do they need to put in challenges that are so hard RNG gated?

Many runs down now with more than 15 minor affliction and a lot of pact rooms - can't seem to find these Major ones.

Any more tips for this one?

For Major Boons (Imperial Seal) you can stack relics with "Merchant has 1-2 additional choice(s)", and buy as many minor boons as you can. Once you bought the majority of minor boons, you kinda' force the vendor to sell you the boon with "Next minor boon is converted to a major boon" every time you encounter it. Then buy "Assassin's blade" or whichever boon would expire before next vendor room, to convert it to a major boon. Sometimes you can get major boons from Benevolent/Radiant fountains, but it's kinda' rare. Also you can get major boons from pact rooms, for the cost of 50% of your maximum resolve.

For Major Afflictions, you can only get them from pact rooms. Prioritize pacts over everything and make sure you always have at least 3 minor afflictions on you when reaching the pact room, to be able to get the offer with "Remove 3 Minor Afflictions / Get specified Major Affliction". Sometimes you get the offer "Get 3 Minor Boons / Get specified Major Affliction", but you don't need any setup for that. Then you need to finish the floor.

Be wary of Glass Shard. If they offer you "Gain 3 minor boons and gain Glass Shard" don't take it because they will give you Glass Shard FIRST, then convert one of the 3 minor boons into an affliction and you lose Glass Shard immediately. Happened to me.

Best method is to fail your current run, and spam T16 maps. No higher, no lower.
