I'm afraid that there is only one version of the Atlas Hideout and that is shown in the video I linked above. Some players have hideout decorations that they may be able to add to the base version of the hideout. You may be able to find what you are referring to in the microtransaction shop in the Hideout category here: https://www.pathofexile.com/shop/category/hideout

From your description you may be referring to an environmental effect? You can see a list of the ones currently available in our microtransaction shop here: Hideout Environmental Effects. I hope this helps!
