A Flask Charge generation mod for the rest of us?
X% chance to gain a Flask Charge when you deal a Critical Strike = if you're a self cast crit build of any kind, you have nigh infinite flask charges.
Gain X charges when you are hit by an enemy = if you aren't an evasion build, you have nigh infinite flask charges. However, if your crits aren't "yours" (eg, traps/mines, totems, minions) or you are an evasion build and don't get hit much at all, you just don't get flask charges on bosses unless of course you're a Pathfinder, have Mageblood, or have the wicked slow 1 charge every 3 seconds implicit, perhaps a notable here or there... Either way, there's some pretty wide division between what kind of build can generate near infinite flask charges in almost any situation and coupled with the "Use when Flask is full" mod, this provides a huge increase in power to those builds. Any build that doesn't take constant hits or do constant crits has to rely on time or costly skill points or entire classes or rare uniques/affixes, and that's unfortunate when the build next door can just roll "Have flasks up all the time" right there on the flask. I propose an additional flask modifier, similar to the two mentioned before. Instead of chance generation on crit, or guaranteed when you are hit, sort of a combination of the two requirements: X% chance to gain a flask charge when a hit is evaded.
