Account dissapears from Poe Racing, Poe Ninja. Can't find top placement characters.

Hello i got many characters in this League. My HC SSF Ruthless Jugg named SHIMORO didn't display at ladder. And many others too. I dont know when it happens. Something wrong with my account? All was good, but atm i cant find anymore no one of my characters.
