The Eternal Struggle Onyx Amulet: how to know the influence?

There's a way of knowing the influence of a Eternal Struggle Onyx Amulet without personally killing the boss?
Trying to buy one in the market but can't without that piece of knowledge. I'm going resolute technique x.x
Without knowing the influence I'm going to just throw chaos away.

click direct whisper, mouse over item link in the direct whisper.
press alt
look to see which is higher, if its the wrong one apologize to seller and move to next one.

if no direct whisper item link available ask seller to link it.

In the trade search dropdown, enter (don't have to type all of this, just enough for it to show up):
