Death's Door Crusader Boots " Bleed cannot be inflicted on you" NOT WORKING

LAIR map Boss wolf form that inflicts bleed is still able to inflict bleed. I am sure there are other situations where bleed is being inflicted as well but i have verified this boss is strictly bleed and the only sorce of damage, flame dashed away and watch the bleed continue.q

I saw the other threads from similar issues but started this one to deal with just the bleed issue! no other ailments!!
