Blight bug (Xbox One/Series)

Yesterday while doing the T16 Underground Sea map I hit a BUG while doing Blight I defeated all the monsters and Blight didn't pass

It happends with legion bosses aswell, they get stuck in terrain and will never finish!, Been like this for as long as I know, but seems GGG will or can not fix it!
