Crafting Bench won't load to hideout

I can see the crafting bench in the furnishings window, but no matter which hideout I choose, I cannot make it appear ... I have tried reclaiming all furnishings and resetting the hideout to default, but when I try to position the crafting bench, nothing appears ... the little dotted outline does appear as if it wants to let me position it, but nothing actually happens when I select a location for it.

Has anyone identified this as a bug? I couldn't find any recent forum post about it

Is the character that you are using playing in a Ruthless league? There is no crafting bench in any Ruthless league.

Yes it is, I didn't know that ... thanks for clearing it up for me ... but why don't they include crafting for ruthless league, just to make it harder?

yes, they removed most of the stuff that trivialised the game for those who know how to play poe
