Map Boss in Lava Lake didn't drop Conq map even though Sextant was used

Basically, the title. I have been doing the infinite sextant harvest strategy for over 300 maps. Never once has a map boss not dropped an additional conqueror map.

But for the first time, the Kitava boss in lava lake didn't drop. Tried disabling the loot filter to see if my filter somehow hid the map. But that wasn't the case. The map did not drop at all.

Hope this gets fixed.

Do you have Singular Focus specced? If so, it'll eat the map if that map didn't happen to roll your favorite map base.

If not, I'm guessing this is the Lava Lake bug that's been floating around.

Singular focus was not active. I've been running other maps since this bug report without any atlas changes and haven't had this issue. Don't want to run Lava Lake again only to lose the drop lol. But if support wants me to, I can run it.
