Vixen's Entrapment Bug

Using this character, with a curse limit of 3 (Windscream + Vixen's Entrapment), Mark on Hit does not apply alongside my Elemental Weakness and Frostbite curses. If I remove the Vixen's Entrapment gloves, unsocket one other curse because my curse limit would be 2, then it works as normal.

It is not a mana issue because I have EB and full mana 99% of the time.

EDIT: Even with all other curses unsocketed, Mark on Hit - Assassin's Mark does not work.

EDIT 2: Everything seems to work if No curses or marks are socketed into Vixen's Entrapment.

You have multiple triggers when you put it in vixens entrapment which causes it to disable assassin's mark as the game does not allow skills to have multiple triggers.

The mark on hit needs to be somewhere that is not Vixens.
