Null's Inclination + Summon Reaper

Hi all,
currently Summon Reaper doesn't work with Nulls Inclination at all even tho it should work. The Summon Reaper Skill still has 4 seconds cd and has no charges. To clarify, im using default attack on the Coast to kill things. I don't know about charges, but Reaper gem's CD would override Null's
