Can anyone help me customise neversink filter?

I like to customise my filter depending on what I am playing, and for it to be very strict. The default strict filters have so many items shown, on t16 maps you will see 1000s of items over a whole map, and you have to pick and choose items. I just like to filter everything I dont want, so I can pick up everything I see.

Currently I am playing ssf standard, trying out some different builds, so I want a more generalised filter, so I decided to use the tiers to filter rares. What I am aiming for is:

tier 1 rares: always show
tier 2 rares: show ilvl 84+
tier 3 rares: show ilvl 85+
rest hidden

this only really needs 2 filters, but for some reason under (ENDGAME - RARE ITEMS (LVL 68+) / Hide rares by Tier) you can only have one filter, and there is no option to add another one like there is in most sections.

in that section the following text says: Note: The section 'hide and highlight rares by type' section can be used to achieve the same result, while also having control over classes and levels.

however if I go to any of the type sections, they have no mention of tiers, instead they talk about 'decent rares' 'handpicked/good rares' I have no idea what this even means.

The sections that do mention tiers, are like 'bundles of tiers' firstly T3 is always bundled, with everything else, making it a completely useless category, and T2 and T1 include the previous tiers, which makes them really awkward to use in any meaningful way. I dont see really any use case for these top down bundles.

I think what I am trying to do is quite simple, but I cannot work out how. Is anyone able to help me achieve this?
