Amsterdam servers once again lagging

The exact same as about a week or 2 back. Extreme ping fluctuations make it unplayable and are causing disconnects. Switched to frankfurt and the ping is stable at around 8 ms again.

Just made a forum account for this as it seems the issue isn't being acknowledged.

Hoping to get at least a explanation for the cause of it, the lag spikes are so huge it allways disconnects me even though up to the point before the lagspike everything seems to run stable at an average of 17ms.

Since yesterday I've now tried 6 times to clear the final map of act 2 and every time I get disconnected.

And if you are curious about it I use a wired connection and yes the Amsterdam server and the highest latency the in-game graph showed me before a DC was upwards of 12000.
And as this new account doesn't show it I have been playing the game since rituals.

This is thus the 2 day I will have to give up on playing POE.
In short, now I'm here searching for an answer.

Edit:
At this point I have read the general troubleshooting guide and though I'm doubtfull any of it will help with this issue as multiple poeple on the same day have reported it, so for the sake of isolating a possible cause I will still check my file integrity (I'm a steam user btw) and I will also clear my cache as I have updated my graphic driver a week or so back.

And to give further info I only started to get these disconnects and lagspikes in that final map of act 2 the first really big map with multiple stairs and such. (perhaps the reason for it)
Edit2:
Well now I have finally cleared that map my average ms dropped to 13 which is good but I had 1 lagspike occuring there bringing me to I believe about 500 before it fixed itself.
Guess work on my end: This thus leads me to believe that it is an issue related to something that is writen/read or overwritten from to/the cache.
My guess would be a shader as the issue started in the caverns map of act 2 on my end and there was something there that still caused a lagspike.
I get the feeling that something takes to long to do and that the request itself timeouts while the client is kept waiting on it thus leading to latency numbers ticking upwards in the 10000.
Anyhow this is still only 1 map and now I have to shut it down as I need to be up at 04:00 to prepare for work tommorow.
Good luck

Edit3:
Have cleared pretty much the entirety of act 3 in the last 2,5 hours while doing sanctum only "The tower" is left.
I had one instant disconnection without any signs one would be happening, it happened when I wanted to enter my chosen room in sanctum which I entered from the map "The library" but the instance was saved so I could pick up from where I left off cleared "The archives" there were some moments were the latency jumped up and down around 60ms I believe.
Walked back to the entrance to the library and tried to go back but he couldn't got a message in the chat log that I was disconnected from the server but when I tried again I entered a new instance of the library.
Otherwise everything went fine just a bit jittery which I became less till theend of my session this likely had to do with clearing the cache.

If I don't get any reply or responses to my post in this thread and if nothing strange like 5~6 back to back disconnections occur like monday then I will not be coming back to this post of mine.

Best regards
