Improved Offering to the Goddess Not Spawning

Seems the improved offering to the goddess lab trial is not spawning at the 20% rate after taking the lab trial nodes on the atlas. Before the last patch, I was getting the improved trial pretty regularly. Now, I have literally had 40 trials spawn and all were regular "Offering to the Goddess". Unless I have horrible RNG luck, seems like a bug. Thanks!
