Infernal Cry Reflecting Damage

Infernal Cry claims "Damage cannot be reflected", but some part of the skill is most certainly reflects damage. I imagine that this will not be considered a bug because Combust, the skill triggered by Infernal Cry, does not say "Damage cannot be reflected", and this is probably what is causing the reflected damage. However, given that any amount of reflect is effectively lethal, I see no value in the misleading claim that Infernal Cry doesn't reflect damage when a fundamental part of the skill very much does reflect damage. In my opinion, reflect immunity should apply to the whole skill or none of it to remove ambiguity.
