Soul Eater: the last living Archnemesis mod

I think that the Soul Eater monster mod has been overlooked in the removal of Archnemesis mods as it does not fit in with GGG's stated goals for the new monster mods, and needs to be looked at. In the 3.20 Balance Manifesto titled Monster Mods and Archnemesis ( https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3322245 ) GGG states:

"
The goals of the new system are:
- Mods do one specific thing
- Mods say what they do rather than having a thematic name you must learn and remember

Soul Eater does not conform to these two statements, per the official wiki page on Soul Eater ( https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Soul_Eater ):

"
Soul Eater is a stackable effect that by default grants 5% increased attack speed, 5% increased cast speed and 1% increased character size per stack.

On monsters

In addition to the increased attack speed, cast speed, and character size buffs, monsters with Soul Eater also gain a certain amount of damage reduction per Eaten Soul.

So the mod does 4 separate things and has a thematic name which does nothing to tell a player what is juicing up the monster attacking them. It looks like this mod got overlooked when Archnemesis mods were removed in favour of the new monster mod system so I believe it should be removed as well since it is not in line with GGG's stated goals.

P.S. as an aside, it feels like the Eater of Worlds alters spawn at about twice the rate of Searing Exarch altars as it took me about half the number of Eater maps to get to 25 for the Acutely Activated Altars challenge compared to Searing altars, but sample size of 1, so RNG may have been doing its thing. I only noticed because i had twice the number of red invitations as blue ones when I finished the challenge, I didn't use any aside from the first "tutorial" ones of each to get my voidstones.

Yes, but actually no. Eating a soul makes stronger and faster. That's the thematic. It's self explanatory and very well known since it existed since 1.0.0.

Also, keeps your filthy hands off of it. It's the last redeeming mod of HH.
Ruthless should be [Removed by Support].
So you think this is a bad think?

I mean, it is probably the most wanted mod on a rare monster that every player which use HH or inspired learn want to face.

And it is not the worst mod to fine for those who does not use HH nor inspired learn.

So let it be, please.
Exiles, pffff!
Soul Eater can be bonkers in a OP way, but it is also an interesting mechanic and an effective way to generate particularly challenging monsters (which is a good thing to have in the game).

I like it, and I think it has a place in most of the game, but it is out of place in Delve and should be disabled there. In an area that is heavily affected by infinite scaling of monster difficulty, it skews the challenge toward being greater than it should be.

Those things said, it just might be silly to leave a monster mod in game for the reason that it benefits users of headhunter or other items / skills with similar effects.

Also, Soul Eater is not an archnemesis mod. It goes back to OG days, as stated by someone else.

Pretty much all AN survived.

They just changed the stat bloat and instead of X - Y Added Fire they apply Exposure to Fire.
Apparently GGG said they removed it so people think it's gone? No eyes or something?

Soul Eater has been a meme mod since Abyss. Pretty sure you can still find gifs of players being gibbed with 500% atk speed by those invis/invuln enemies when they popped out.

It was actually the last straw for me playing HC so I remember it well.
