Hey, how long my wife needs to wait on msg back? it's probably crazier than the reason without any information.

If you have contacted our team over email, they will respond as soon as possible. I'm afraid I cannot speculate on exactly when that may occur, as each appeal is looked into on a case by case basis.

Well on email some1 say we need to msg to support on forum - we do that, like 2 days ago. She is mad, u know... :)

" If your wife's account is LOCKED (When trying to login to the game she gets a "pop up" saying something like: Your account have been locked by an Administrator) then she will need to e-mail GGG support at --> support@grindinggear.com If your wife account is BANNED, then she will need to file a BAN APPEAL by sending an e-mail to GGG Account Investigation team at --> banappeals@grindinggear.com (the wait time here can be long. Up to 4+ weeks). GGG doesn't handle account related "stuff" like this via the forum, so they will never ask you to do that. GL Exile. |

4 weeks? lol, we still dont know how she can gets ban, and still dont know why :D

" Ban reason TOS means that she have broken then "Terms of Service" that she agreed to when creating her account --> https://www.pathofexile.com/legal/terms-of-use-and-privacy-policy GGG will not tell more then that, so if that's what you are waiting for then this will not happen. GL Exile. |
