i have ran arcade map 15 times an still havent found the hideout am i missing something or is the backstreet hideout completely luck to find

Backstreet is rare and can definitely take more than a few tries to find. Just keep trying.
I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.

Have you found it yet? I've ran more than 100 maps now without seeing one. It isn't supposed to be this rare. I've found other hideouts with same rarity in less than 10 maps. Maybe they adjusted its rarity.
