Guild QOL improvements for stash, map device, crafting bench and hideout

In the very small hopes that this post doesn't get drowned and someone at GGG sees this and maybe even reads this, I'm posting my somewhat small but in my opinion huge QOL improvements for guilds I've thought about for a couple of days.

Right now, being in a guild and using the guild stash only offers very small benefits - pretty much the only thing I can think of is having a shared stash. Before ctrl clicking items into the guild stash was made possible in Oct 2021, my 2 man guild, consisting of my boyfriend and me, used the stash just for sharing items that allowed you to manually drag&drop them without having your hand die from Arthritis, like fossils, good essences etc. Now we use it for pretty much everything, except for selling items and having small amounts of currency in the normal stash for crafting bench and map device crafts.
Well, there's also the guild hideout, but who uses that anyway. For trades, you'd still need to use your own hideout. And as far as I can see, there's not even a command to enter the guild hideout, like /hideout exists for the personal one. So, useless.

I got some suggestions that'd be in my opinion a huge QOL for all people who are in a guild and those who use the guild stash. It'd also make being in a guild more appealing. Since everything should be possible to be enabled/disabled, there's nothing speaking against it.

- Map device crafts can use your guild chest (can be enabled/disabled by an option in guild stash or map device)

- Crafting bench can use your guild chest (can be enabled or disabled by an option added in guild stash or crafting bench)
-> because it's very annoying when you primarily use the guild stash for everything and the personal stash for only selling stuff (another point down below), and when you don't live in Texas, which is where the "guild stash server"(?) is located apparently you can only ctrl click items with a delay.
I'm in Europe, usually playing on Amsterdam, Frankfurt or Milan. It takes me almost 6 seconds to have 100 chaos in my inventory (2 Divine/500c would be 30 seconds), whereas it takes barely 2 seconds from personal stash. Let's don't even talk about ctrl clicking multiple of the same item into the guild stash, which is even worse...

- Crafting bench (possible guild hideout MTX? but who uses guild hideouts LULW) that shares unveils from guild leader with guild members (or manually selected member) (guild leader can enable/disable this by an option added in the crafting bench)

- List items for sale from premium guild stash tabs, and when someone wants to buy something, all guild members (or only selected members or ranks) get whispered and can then sell it. Users can turn this option off for themselves in their own game options.
[info] Premium stash tabs do, compared to regular stash tabs, offer the ability to 1) change the color and name of that tab and 2) make the tab public, which makes you able to put items into this tab and list them on any trade site that uses the poe trade API.
-> "Premium guild stash tabs" are also called "premium", however, all you can do is change the color and name, and they're even 10 points more expensive (50 poits for guild stash tab, 40 for personal premium). More expensive for the ability to conveniently share items? Yes, sure. But not when the guild stashes have a very bad performance/delay and also have less possibilities than a personal stash, 1) not public/items for sale, 2) map device&crafting bench.

- Heist: Guild Heist locker (possible guild hideout MTX) OR a stash tab affinity for Heist OR an extra Heist tab instead of the locker.

- /guildhideout command

I'd be willing to spend hard earned real life currency for this to appear in my game.
If let's say the guild hideout MTX are made happen because for money reasons they are prefered over stash tabs and settings, at least make the map device there work better when playing together and add a /guildhideout command (I can deal with having to go back to own hideout for seling), otherwise it'd be pointless.
Only adding /guildhideout for examble would also be pointless, because no changes were made. The above points kind of rely on each other.

Thank you VERY MUCH for reading. I hope you consider this. :)

being able to sell from a guild stash would be MASSIVE. wouldnt even need auction house etc. anymore, that would be insanely helpful.
Yeah, the guild system is way more limited than it should/could be. As a leader of a fairly large guild, I often ask myself "why?".

What I miss the most, is:
- More roles, or at least an options for leaders to give officers more power. The fact that the leader is the only one who can change/rename/rearrange stash tabs in the guild stash is ridiculous.

- The challenge league has updates for "X is the first player to reach Y". It would be really nice to have "X is the first player in your guild to reach Y", preferably posted in a different colored text.

- Trading from the guild hideout would actually make the guild hideout a busy/social area, unlike now where it isn't really used at all.

- Some sort of guild race/activity/even tool. Don't really know how this would work, but I do miss more social features.
Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

agree! I mean, they even once advertised changes they've made:
"
These hideouts are a great place to meet up with your guild, hold meetings and hang out. You can also use its map device as though it was your own.

but it's really not like that. The map device can't be used as if it was my own due to the previously written things, and to hang out, really? First guild hideouts need to be appealing at least, before anyone would use them to hang out there in the first place. lol
