Consistent crash at specific location in Toxic Sewers.

When moving through the North-East passage in the screenshot, the game immediately crashes to desktop. After re-opening the game, re-opening the map, and traveling to the same location, attempting to proceed through the same passage always results in a crash.

I am also having an issue on toxic sewer. 50/50 when I get to the boss room the game/client crashes to desktop.
